Black Horse Estates features 60 single story homes range from 2509 to 3107 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This project had extensive grading and drainage involved. The homes were constructed on a hillside to maximize the views. The homes were framed out of wood on top of a concrete slab foundation. Stucco was used for the exteriors and the roofs were tile.
