Park Avenue consists of 103 row homes. The project is located in El Cajon California. There are eight floor plans that range from 1,765 to 1,865 square feet. This project was a down town redevelopment site.

These homes were constructed out of wood, on concrete slab foundations. The exterior consists of stucco with tile roofs. There is a unit separation of 1 ½”.
