Promenade Square consists 28 row homes. The project is located in El Cajon California. There are eight floor plans that range from 1,765 to 1,865 square feet. This project was a down town redevelopment site.

These homes were constructed out of wood, on concrete slab foundations. The exterior consists of stucco with tile roofs. There is a unit separation of 1 ½”.
