Prospect glen consists of 48 two-story homes ranging from 1711 to 1812 square feet. Three distinct floor plans provide from three to four bedrooms and two and one-half baths.

These homes were constructed out of wood, on concrete slab foundations. The exterior consists of stucco with tile roofs. Extensive offsite improvements were made to bring the utilities onsite.
